2. Booking and Payment

  • All appointments and course enrollments must be booked through our online booking system.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or course enrollment.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment or course start date.

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Appointment Policies

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • No-Shows:

    • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment time.

5. Course Policies

  • Enrollment:

    • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.

    • The remaining balance is due on the first day of the course.

    • Course materials and schedules will be provided upon confirmation.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Course cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date. Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will result in the loss of the deposit.

    • No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Course rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date. The deposit will be applied to the new course date, subject to availability.

6. Health and Safety

  • We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before your appointment or course.

  • Clients are required to follow our health and safety protocols during their visit.

  • Nessa Nailss is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from the use of products during services.
